The question is how do you regulate it, how do you control your thinking when your life boat is not sailing smooth, how do you ensure that you are always going up and up..no matter what For most people, it is not easy not to resort to negative thinking, or feel angry, or frustrated.

If the outside world is not treating you well, could be loss of job, or money or reputation, or health..Let us be practical, we cannot be ideal, at least most of us, we cannot behave as saints in most of such unwanted situations, then what you do..In my experience, I have seen sticking to some spiritual practice, a regular meditation and yoga practice can save you quite significantly.
